EP 49 - Gretchen Rubin
Our guest today is New York Times best selling author, Gretchen Rubin. What can be better than having someone on the show that wrote something called "The Happiness Project". We talk today about how learning your tendencies and the tendencies of others, you give yourself the tools of empathy and understanding. Having those tools helps you not take things personally, and also navigate relationships in a more positive direction, ultimately bringing you more happiness.
