Welcome to The Pretty Intense Podcast. You are in for a treat today with Professor David Buss. David is a professor of psychology at the University of Texas. He is the world's leading expert on strategies in human mating. David is also an author of several books. His latest, "When Men Behave Badly." I am really interested in why people pick their partners, what the psychology of cheating is, the psychology of sex, the mating hierarchy, and mate value. We are learning that women date lateral and up, and men tend to date lateral and down. In my position of being a successful woman, I am very curious about these dating strategies.
